These terms apply to every page and enquiry form on leads.optimax-ai.com and the brands served from it (including Settlement Scout, PayoffPath and BookedSolid). Using the sites means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the sites.

1. Who we are

The sites are operated by OPTIMAX AI LTD, a marketing company registered in England & Wales (company number 16143914), 38 Sunnymede Avenue, Epsom KT19 9TJ, United Kingdom. “We”, “us” and “OptiMAX” mean that company.

2. What the sites are — and are not

The sites are marketing and information tools. Calculators, estimates, checks and ranges are illustrations built from the answers you give and stated assumptions. They are not legal, financial, insurance or medical advice, not a case evaluation, quote or offer, and not a prediction of any outcome.

We are not a law firm and we do not give legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is formed by using the sites, submitting an enquiry, or speaking with us. Where an enquiry concerns an accident or injury, participating law firms and legal-marketing companies pay us for qualified enquiries; any relationship with a lawyer is between you and that lawyer, on that lawyer’s own terms. We are equally not a lender, broker, bank, insurer, debt-relief provider or contractor, and any product or service you go on to buy is provided by the third party you buy it from.

3. Who may use the sites

You must be at least 18 years old. Our US enquiry forms are for residents of the United States, and our UK forms for residents of the United Kingdom; some forms are limited to particular states or regions, which the form itself will say. If you are outside the area a form serves, do not submit it.

4. The information you give us

You agree that the information you submit is accurate, about you (or someone who has asked you to act for them), and that you have the right to give it. Give us a phone number or email address that is genuinely yours. Ticking a consent box is always separate from, and never a condition of, using the sites or receiving any service; the consent text on each form says exactly who may contact you and how, and you can withdraw it at any time. 5. Our content

The sites, their text, design, code, calculators, brand names and logos belong to us or our licensors. You may view and use them for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, frame or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

submit false, misleading or someone else’s information, or a phone number you do not control;
use bots, scripts, scrapers or other automated means to access the sites, submit forms or extract data;
probe, interfere with or attempt to bypass the sites’ security, rate limits or consent recording;
use the sites for any unlawful purpose or in a way that damages our name or the sites’ operation.

We may block or suspend access to anyone who breaks these rules.

7. Third parties and links

The sites link to, and enquiries are passed to, third parties: the providers and firms named in the consent text, booking tools, and payment or verification services. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their sites, terms, services, fees, advice or conduct. Check their terms before relying on them.

8. Disclaimers

The sites are provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep them accurate and running, but we do not promise that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any estimate, range or check will match your actual situation. We do not promise that any provider or firm will contact you, accept your enquiry, or offer any particular service, price or result.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer where you live. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or for any loss arising from your reliance on an estimate or from the acts of a third party we introduced you to. Our total liability to you for anything arising from your use of the sites is limited to £100. The sites are free to use; that limit reflects it.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be at this URL with the date above. Continuing to use the sites after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of the place you live and may also bring a claim in your local courts.
