Program description

The OptiMAX Home Loans SMS program (operated by OptiMAX AI Ltd) sends text messages to consumers who submitted an online enquiry requesting home-loan information, to confirm their interest and arrange a callback with a licensed loan officer. Messages include enquiry confirmations, callback scheduling and appointment reminders.

Consent

You receive messages only if you provided your phone number and gave express written consent on our enquiry form. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency & rates

Message frequency varies by enquiry (typically 1–5 messages). Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
