Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

OptiMAX (operated by OPTIMAX AI LTD, company no. 16143914) · leads.optimax-ai.com · Last updated 5 September 2026

This page is for California residents exercising their rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and it is honoured for anyone who asks, wherever they live. It covers every form on this site — Settlement Scout, PayoffPath, BookedSolid and the rest.

What “sale” or “sharing” means here

When you submit an enquiry with consent, we pass it to the provider or participating firms named in the consent language on that form, and they may pay us for the introduction. Because money changes hands, California law may treat that disclosure as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information — even though there is no data broker and no open marketplace behind it. This page is where that disclosure is switched off.

What submitting does

  • The request is recorded with the date, and the email address and/or phone number you give is added to the suppression list every OptiMAX sender checks before any contact.
  • No further introduction or sharing of your enquiry is made from this point, on any of our sites, and any enquiry on the same details that has not yet been passed on is marked so it cannot be.
  • OptiMAX sends no further texts, calls or emails about the enquiry.
  • If a provider or firm has already received your enquiry, it holds its own copy and its own opt-out applies: reply STOP to any of its text messages, or ask it directly. We cannot withdraw what has already been passed on, and we do not pretend to.

There is no account to log into and no proof of identity to supply; the email address or phone number you used on the form is enough. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising their rights.

Submit the request

Either one is enough. Nothing else is needed — no account, no proof of identity for an opt-out.

Or by email

Email mike@optimax-ai.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share” and the email address or phone number you used on the form. It is honoured the same way, and we aim to confirm within two business days (and always within the time the law allows). Either method is enough — there is no need to do both.

Other requests — to know, delete or correct information — go to the same address with the subject “Privacy Request”. Full details in the Privacy Policy.
